August 31, 2026 I have some very disappointing news regarding Ruhlman's Steakhouse in Ashland. It was announced last week that they are closing for renovations and rebranding. Not really sure what that means - but the Ruhlman's that we have known up to this point is no more. The head chef, John Benton, left there awhile ago and now he is the head chef at Beacon Hills in Aksarben Village in Omaha, Nebraska. I am headed there in a few weeks to check out the restaurant, and
